In just twelve days, National Novel Writing Month starts, and I officially signed up today on the young writer's website (so I can set my own word count goal)! :) They tell you that, ideally, you should start and finish a novel, but I'm using it to finish my second MDBC fanfiction (that's allowed), along with possibly two other books - one in my Life of Faith series and one in my "Diary of a Homeschooler" series. The fanfiction is my first priority, however, because I've been writing this one since February 2011. :P
I'd love to have y'all join, if you're writers! I'll update here occasionally during November on my progress. And perhaps y'all will get an excerpt...? ;) 'Course, you would need to read the first MDBC fanfiction before, haha.
What is MDBC fanfiction?
ReplyDeleteIt's a fan story based off of The Mother-Daughter Book Club series by Heather Vogel Frederick. ;) Fan fiction is entirely a fan's creation and cannot be published, as it would plagiarizing the original author's ideas, characters, etc.
ReplyDeleteWhat website is it on?
ReplyDeleteI'm really excited to have a friend doing NaNo this year. :) Which reminds me, I have an outline to do...
ReplyDeleteawesome. how do u sign up?
ReplyDeleteWhat website is my fanfiction on? None.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of doing something like that but I haven't decided yet.
