Day in the City

Today's outfit is all about classy city-wear, what a sophisticated urban-dweller might wear.  The expensive prices of this outfit fit the theme (but there's nary a Burberry, Louboutin, or Birkin in sight!).  It's shocking to see how much clothing can cost when you're used to less-than-designer stores and lots of coupons and sales, lol.  But without further ado, here's the City Girl outfit!

This was actually the first outfit I created on Polyvore, so I'm pretty proud of it.  But let's get to those prices, shall we?

Blouse=$199 at calypsostbarth.com
Jeans=$102 at my-wardrobe.com
Trench coat=$630 at farfetch.com
Shoes=$250 at stylebop.com
Hat=$25 at amazon.com
Bag=$44 at etsy.com
Bracelet=$40 at mango.com

Have a great day, everyone! (Once you've recovered from the sticker shock, that is!)

    1. Exactly. xD If I had more money, and I knew I wouldn't outgrow it, that blouse would be a nice buy.

  2. Nice outfit! The shirt and blouse look like the outfit that Jane wears in JbD. I also have a thing for hats and that looks like an interesting one.

  3. It was in Ep. 6 The Image issue. Her blouse was pink though.

    2. But she had heels instead of flats.

    3. Yup! I believe they were boots. :) Easier for running away from India than heels. xD

  4. Oh, love the coat...630 DOLLARS???!!! Ah well. The bracelet is so cute too...if only the outfit wasn't so pricey, I would love for any of theses items!

    1. Yeah, when I create outfits on Polyvore, I don't really pay attention to prices since I could never really get the items. xD

      Have you ever been to H&M? They had trenches when I was there last Friday (not the same as this one, but similar), and they had them in some great colors.
