So there are a lot of YA books currently on their way to becoming a movie - whether they've cast the leads or they're only optioned. But, surprisingly, I could only come up with eight I'm looking forward to. So here they are.
1. Cinder by Marissa Meyer
It's been optioned and last I heard, they were working on the screeplay. *crosses fingers* This movie, if cast right and made well, could be AMAZING.
2. My Heart and Other Black Holes by Jasmine Warga
I love Jasmine so much, and I adored her book, and omgsh, it might be a movie.
3. Heist Society by Ally Carter
Elizabeth Banks has optioned this one, y'all. And Ally recently met Elizabeth so I think this one might be moving right along in production? *crosses fingers*
4. Gallagher Girls by Ally Carter
It's been a little while since we heard news about this one, but I hope it's still happening...
5. Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo
It's been three years since this one was optioned, but a girl can hope, right?
6. The Selection by Kiera Cass
The Selection has been optioned again, and even though half the people in the blogging community probably groaned at this news, I was pretty excited! As long as it's made well, I'd love to see this book as a movie.
7. The Young Elites by Marie Lu
Of course I'm excited about this potential adaptation.
8. The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith
Guys, they've cast Hadley and Oliver and this one has a potential release date in 2016! *tries not to scream* Oh please, oh please, oh please, oh please.

Ahhhh I didn't know that about Heist Society!! SERIOUSLY!??!? THAT IS GOING TO BE AMAZING!! :D I will be absolutely onboard for that. *nods* Here's my TTT!
